Sara Gilbert and Linda Perry’s love story began in 2011, blending Hollywood charm with rock ‘n’ roll edge. Their engagement in April 2013 was a whimsical affair: during a picnic, Linda orchestrated a surprise with musicians playing “Love Song” and revealed T-shirts spelling out “Will You Marry Me?” They married on March 30, 2014, in Malibu, California.
In December 2019, Sara filed for legal separation, citing irreconcilable differences. Despite their split, they maintained a strong co-parenting relationship, sharing joint legal and physical custody of Rhodes. Linda expressed continued affection for Sara, stating, “We’re never not going to be a family.”
