Marina Sirtis – Born in 1955
Marina Sirtis, born in London to Greek parents, captured the hearts of sci-fi fans worldwide as Counselor Deanna Troi on “Star Trek: The Next Generation” (1987–1994). Her journey to this iconic role began at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, where she honed her craft before embarking on a diverse acting career.
In 2021, following the passing of her husband, musician Michael Lamper, and seeking new opportunities, Marina relocated back to London. This move marked a new chapter in her life, both personally and professionally.
