Elin Nordegren – Born in 1980
For someone who once lived in the eye of the biggest sports scandal of the decade, Elin Nordegren has mastered the art of a drama-free life. The Swedish-born model and former nanny became a household name in 2004 when she married golf legend Tiger Woods. Their fairy-tale union turned tabloid nightmare in 2009 when his serial infidelity was exposed, leading to a $100 million divorce settlement—one of the most talked-about in history.
But rather than fade into the background, she flipped the script. With a psychology degree from Rollins College (graduating with honors, no less), the mother of three has built a quiet, comfortable life away from the media circus.
