Kym Marsh – Born in 1976
Kym Marsh first captured the public’s attention in 2001 as a member of the pop group Hear’Say, formed through the reality show ”Popstars.” The group achieved rapid success with hits like “Pure and Simple” until Kym departed in 2002 to pursue a solo career, releasing ”Standing Tall” in 2003.
Ever since she transitioned to acting, she has become a household name portraying Michelle Connor on the long-running soap opera ”Coronation Street” from 2006 to 2019, earning accolades such as the British Soap Award for Best Newcomer. She later showcased her versatility by joining the cast of the BBC school drama ”Waterloo Road” in 2023.
