Losing 60 pounds in six months is no easy feat, but when Pratt landed the film role, he had to put in the work, and the results are admirable. Working with a personal trainer and nutritionist changed his diet to include more calories and a lot of water, with strict exercise that included swimming, boxing, and running as part of the regimen.
