Wie alt sind die Stars von Gestern eigentlich heute?
Udo Kier – 1944
Udo Kier ist einer der wenigen Deutschen, die es nach Hollywood geschafft haben. 1973 debütierte er in den Filmen „Frankenstein“ und „Dracula“ und wurde schnell berühmt. In seiner Jugend war er auch Model, aber zunächst kam er als Kellner über die Runden. In Madonnas Musikvideo wurde er zu einer internationalen Berühmtheit. Dann machte er unzählige Jobs in Hollywood, darunter „Ace Ventura – Ein tierischer Detektiv“, „Die Legende von Pinocchio“ und so weiter. Seit Juni 2020 ist er Mitglied der „Academy of Motion Pictures and Sciences“, mit 76 Jahren dachte er noch nicht an den Ruhestand. Er sucht immer noch nach weiteren Filmrollen, vor allem für Bösewichte, die es ihm angetan haben.
