Alaskan television host Charlo Greene made a dramatic announcement on live television. While reporting on a controversial club and the legalization of a controlled substance, she revealed that she owned Alaska Cannabis Club, the organization on her news report.
Greene didn’t plan on cursing, but the words came pouring out that day on September 22, 2014, when she resigned on air. She then became a full-time advocate, helping Alaskans get access to pot after the state became the third in America to legalize recreational marijuana by November of that same year. In December 2016, Greene relocated to Los Angeles, hosting “The Weed Show.” Now that’s dedication!
