Journalists must remain professional when covering breaking news stories and present their work in the most favorable light. However, KWCH12 reporter Deedee Sun experienced a less-than-ideal situation on camera. As Sun waited her turn to report, her colleague unknowingly projected a shot of her yawning on the screen, catching her off guard.
Despite the embarrassing moment, Sun kept her composure and even made light of the incident on Facebook. A reporter at the same channel named Cindy Hull said it happened to her two. However, she didn’t realize it until someone emailed her a picture. As for Australian newsreader Natasha Exelby, she went viral after being caught daydreaming on live television.
