In the ’90s, Marc Brown was a television host at ABC7. He suddenly became the talk of the town when viewers noticed an uncanny resemblance between his face and a police sketch of a suspect. It was created by an eyewitness and was used in reports to help apprehend the criminal.
When the “Eyewitness News” co-anchor presented the sketch on air, people couldn’t help but compare the two faces. One viewer even took this still of the presenter, who seemed quite uneasy, before uploading it on their social media account. It’s understandable why the self-confessed “soccer dad” on Twitter was nervous; being mistaken for a criminal is no laughing matter.
