Rodney Stanger… Is A Rodent?
Molly Bish’s disappearance from her lifeguard station in Massachusetts as early as 2000 was widely covered by news programs. Unfortunately, Channel 3 made a humorous mistake covering the late teenager’s story. Instead of a picture of the suspect, Rodney Stanger, they accidentally broadcasted a picture of a hamster. Despite the amusing situation, the presenter kept her composure throughout the broadcast, acknowledging that the image was not who they were looking for.
Three years after she disappeared, Bish’s remains were found in neighboring Hampden County after the most extensive search in the state’s history. Authorities believe she was the victim of a homicide, but her case is still officially unresolved in 2023.
