It saddens me when having a comfortable house to live is a basic right and yet it’s the one punishing us. Whether it’s paying for rental or paying for your mortgages debt for the rest of your life :'(

Depends on where you’re renting. If you’re renting a place for 300 bucks a month, that’s pretty economical. However, if you’re on the high-end and renting at $3000, then boy, you better go the mortgage way!! 🙂

Renting a home seems like a great idea. I like how you mentioned that is makes moving easier because selling a home that you own can be tough.

It is so expensive to get a house so renting is much more ideal for some. Then again a house is always an investment but you cannot take it to the grave when you die ??‍

As much as I want to invest in a house, living near my work is a smarter option than having a house and commuting just to go to my work.

Personally, I’ve never thought of buying a house. There are just too many finances involved with it!
