Diane has surely set an example and has broken all the stereotypes for female journalists. Sawyer started her career with CBS in 1978, before which she worked as a member of U.S. President Richard Nixon’s staff. While working with CBS, Diane became the first female journalist to become the part of CBS’s 60 Minutes. But in 1989, she ended her contract with CBS to work with ABC as the co-anchor in Primetime Live. She was also the co-anchor in ABC’s Good Morning America. With such an extended career, Diane gets a fat paycheck of $12 million a year. We are still doubtful if it is her financial advisor who’s helping her to grow her wealth or she has got some real money management skills!?
