It was the last episode so we bet the producers were thinking about the bigger picture and taking care of major plot-lines to ensure they didn’t miss out on anything significant. After all, they knew they would be making money from the show long after it was over, thanks to its quality, and so the story needed to flow well. Taking care of that, they missed out on the fact that Chandler is shown with a hospital band in one cut, and in the very next one, it is gone. Most people don’t notice it as they are overwhelmed with emotion so no harm was done.
You remember Sandy? Well, he had more powers than simply putting a child to sleep. Apparently.
