How A Candle Works
In the scene where Rachel meets Paolo, she is holding the candle right in front of herself, which means the candle should project her shadow behind her. That is not what happens. Instead, her shadow is shown to be right next to her, which would only be possible if the light was coming from another source. This is the production light and is necessary to shoot scenes. However, the shadow could’ve been managed, although that would’ve required a lot more investment which the producers must’ve avoided considering the insignificance of the issue.
For the color blind, this is not even an issue. But for us, it is revealing information. Find out!
