Helen Mirren – Wii Fit Plus, Estimated $807K
Multi-awarded actress Dame Helen Mirren has become a pillar in the acting industry. So it was a big move for the Japanese consumer electronics company, Nintendo, to approach her for a deal. They wanted her to be their spokesperson in their marketing campaign for Wii Fit Plus, their exercise accessory. The company’s target was British seniors, so they wanted an attractive, fit woman in her senior years; and they only wanted the then 65-year-old Mirren. She was paid about $807K for a two-day commercial shoot. Mirren is set to star in the 2019 movie, The Good Liar.
