Rosa López, the young winner of “Operación Triunfo 2018”, is synonymous with overcoming and perseverance, not only in terms of her voice but also in relation to her fight against being overweight.
After winning the musical contest, Rosa decided to turn her life around and the way she ate. She began by ordering her eating habits and concentrating on complying with a highly aerobic exercise routine, with which she managed to lose more than 40 kilos and have the figure she always wanted.
Eating healthy and exercising daily is a recipe that has worked more than well for Rosa.
