Violeta Mangriñán, lost 7 kilos, Participation in “Survivors”.
In general, it is common for a woman to struggle to lose weight and not to gain it, as Violeta Mangriñán does. The problem was that during her participation in the reality show “Survivors” the young woman lost 7 kilos, which she today tries to recover to return to her ideal weight.
Thanks to a balanced diet and daily exercises, Violeta is recovering the figure with which she always dazzled and, in addition, the self-esteem that led her to be one of the favorites of the show in which she participated.
She has almost reached the 52 kilos that she proposed and is ready to go out again to the public on television.
