Fearing For The Dog’s Well-Being
As soon as Gonzalez saw the frantic dog, he pulled over and tried to make it calm down. He was scared that once it panicked, it would run towards the street and end up getting hit by a car. He got out of his patrol car and approached the dog in order to see if it was friendly or if it needed something like food or water. The officer had performed numerous dog rescues, but this time, he didn’t know what he dealt with at first.
