2009 – Flying High In The Sky

In 2009, Elliott had a minor role in the critically acclaimed movie Up In The Air. He was a part of a star-studded cast with George Clooney, Vera Farmiga, and Jason Bateman. They garnered numerous nominations for Best Ensemble in numerous prestigious awards. He also had other projects that year.

The movie Did You Hear About The Morgans? was a comedy with Sarah Jessica Parker and Hugh Grant as the main stars. Sam, once again, had a minor role in the film. But it was not a success, both with the critics and at the box office. Far from going into depression due to his minor roles and movie-turnouts, Sam kept going.
