Aaron is in no way promoting the illusion of a perfect marriage or a perfect family life. He tells it as it is. He even wrote about how postpartum depression was part of a drastic change in his wife. The limits and the strength of the marriage get tested a lot, as he wrote. That is why his site, The Daddy Files, contains articles like “13 things never to say to a pregnant woman” or “It’s time to stop treating dads like idiots”. One thing that Aaron does promote is endless support for family and loved ones.
